As an employee with ¹û½´ÊÓƵ University you are a participant in the . It is important to update your beneficiary designations whenever your circumstances change. If there are no beneficiaries on file your benefits will be paid to your estate.

You can change, add or remove a beneficiary at any time. It is important that we receive the original forms for your file as they are legal documents. All should be sent to Employee Benefits, HR department.
