In the workplace, you never know when you'll be faced with an ethical dilemma. In a situation with no easy answers, how will you respond? This 15 minute video uses an exercise to explore the notion of acting with character and integrity, according to both personal and organizational values, to resolve a difficult issue. You will take on the role of an employee struggling with whether or not to reveal knowledge of another person's past ethical misconduct.
