Our Exam Accommodation Service was selected as one of only 9 pilot projects across the university to work through the Lean 6 Sigma methodology to improve our process. This is a comprehensive exercise which ultimately results in a lean and efficient process.  

One change will be during the final exam period. On Friday, December 15^th and Monday, December 18^th, we will deliver all exams to departmental offices that have not been picked up to ensure access to them for marking prior to the holiday break.
