Dalplex officially opened 40 years ago this week

A lot has changed in four decades (and we aren't just talking about
the clothes and hairstyles!) and since we have so much to celebrate, we
thought we'd throw a week-long party!

Please join us from November 4-10 to celebrate 40 years of fitness and fun at Dalplex!

40th Anniversary Highlights for Monday, November 4

• Complimentary shower towel service
• FREE greek yogurt parfaits for the first 100 people to visit after 10am
• Group fitness classes will feature retro music (exception: 7:30pm Zumba class)
