Google announced a聽new vulnerability in its Chrome browser and it is already exploited.聽The high-severity issue, tracked as CVE-2023-6345, is described as an integer overflow bug in Skia, the open source 2D graphics library that serves as the graphics engine in Chrome, Firefox and other browsers.
The latest version of Chrome that fixes this bug is now rolling out to Windows, as聽version聽119.0.6045.199聽for macOS and Linux and as versions聽119.0.6045.199/.200聽for Windows聽to address this vulnerability.
Please ensure that you are running the latest version of Chrome or Edge by checking for a new update in the following browser locations:
