Information Technology Services (ITS) will launch theÌýÌý²õ¾±³Ù±ðÌý´Ç²ÔÌýThursday, March 7, 2024. The new site will replace the currentÌýÌý²õ¾±³Ù±ð, offering a fresh design and streamlined account request experience for ¹û½´ÊÓƵ students, faculty, and staff. After the launch, visitingÌýÌýwill automatically redirect you toÌý.ÌýÌý
°Õ³ó±ðÌýÌý²õ¾±³Ù±ð bringsÌý) to all ¹û½´ÊÓƵ NetIDs, helping you regain access to your account if you forget your password. With SSPR, you can use your existing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) options, as well as a non-¹û½´ÊÓƵ email account, to reset your password.Ìý
Along with the new site launch, ITS isÌýupdating NetID password requirements to match theÌýnewly publishedÌý.ÌýGoing forward, NetID passwords must be at least 16 characters long and not contain insecure words, such as your own name.Ìý
The newÌýÌý²õ¾±³Ù±ð,Ìý, andÌýstandardÌýchanges being implemented improve the services ITS provides to the ¹û½´ÊÓƵ community. These improvements leverage modern cloud technologies and current information security standards to create a safer digital environment.Ìý
