We are introducing a new performance and professional development tool to replace the ACHIEVE program, which has been the university's primary performance development process for many years.Â
°Õ³ó±ðÌý provides a structured process that recognizes your successes, encourages reflection, and provides an opportunity to plan for growth and development. It has an equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (EDIA) section that supports the reflection of and ways to foster, enhance and promote this work as part of your role during your performance development period.
People and Culture is here to support you and your team in successfully implementing the Dal PDP. If you require any support, please contact talent.management@dal.ca
